Service price
English Operator Beta self-serve USD pricing: Starter $200/mo or $2,000/year. Higher-volume capacity is available by inquiry during the beta. No free tier. No 6-month plan.
Additional fees
Internet access, communication charges, bank or card-related fees, currency conversion, and similar fees are the customer's responsibility. USD prices are tax-exclusive. Tax collection is not enabled for the initial English Operator Beta unless otherwise required.
Payment method
Credit card payment through Stripe.
Payment timing and trial
A 3-day operator trial is available for the first eligible English beta account/client. A payment method is required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan starts automatically after the trial.
Service start / delivery
The online service becomes available after account setup, email verification where applicable, and payment method registration or checkout completion, subject to system availability and account review.
Cancellation
Use Cancel Subscription for English Operator Beta cancellation. There is no downgrade-to-free flow. If canceled, the account becomes inactive unless the operator subscribes again. If canceled at period end, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.
Operating environment
A modern web browser, internet connection, email access, and ability to use Stripe Checkout or Customer Portal are required. Some features depend on third-party websites, Japanese company forms, and external services.
